- Report Domestic Violence And Assault: 1 in 10 men experience sexual assault, physical violence or stalking by an intimate partner, but are less likely to be believed when reporting it. (This happened to Bradford!)
- Seek Mental Health Services: Men are expected to deal with stress, emotions and situations with anger. Anything else is interpreted as vulnerability and shut down. That's why 40% of men will not discuss mental health issues.
