Three results.
One named system.

Bradford calls it the Produce · Promote · Profit method — the same system behind 340+ builds across 24 industries. Everything on this site is a doorway into it.

Produce

More clients

Lead generation, follow-up, messaging, and sales systems you build once and rely on when you're buried in client work.

So revenue gets predictable — and decisions get made from confidence, not fear.

Promote

More time

AI takes the repetitive work — admin, content support, intake, follow-up — off your plate.

So you get your evenings, your creativity, and your strategic brain back.

Profit

Better offers

Sharper avatar, tighter promise, stronger packaging and positioning for what you already do brilliantly.

So you charge what your work is worth — and the right people say yes faster.

See all nine steps on the board Open

Produce, Promote and Profit each break into three steps. This is the map Bradford works from in every build.

The Produce, Promote, Profit nine-step system: Phase 1 Produce - the Machine-First Mandate, the Infinite Pipeline System, the Client Continuum Framework. Phase 2 Promote - the Omnipresence Engine, the Growth Accelerator System, the Influence Grid Method. Phase 3 Profit - the Conversion Overdrive Protocol, the Expansion Ladder Framework, the Scale Shift System.

What is manual work
actually costing you?

Hours of manual work per year

1,404

team × hours/week × 52 weeks

What that work costs per year

$63,180

That's payroll spent on work a system could do — before counting the leads that went cold or the campaigns that never launched.

Your inputs, your arithmetic. Not a projection of results.

That's a full week a month. Want to know where it's hiding?

"Why are you
doing the work?"

I started building systems because I kept watching brilliant operators drown in work they shouldn't have been doing. People who could close any deal, serve any client, build any product — stuck forwarding emails and updating spreadsheets.

My years as an attorney taught me to map complex systems: every variable, dependency, and failure point. Running my own businesses showed me where the real bottlenecks hide. After hundreds of implementations, the pattern is always the same — and it's fixable.

Most AI advice starts with the tool. I start with the result you want — then find where AI actually belongs in your business.

Courtrooms.
Boxing rings.
12,000 businesses.

Bradford started as an attorney — the person you call when every variable, dependency, and failure point has to be mapped before anything gets signed. Then he left the law to build businesses of his own, and found out how different the map looks when it's your payroll on the line.

The work pulled him into rooms most consultants never see: coaching professional athletes and their businesses — world champions Antonio Tarver Jr. and Kelly Pavlik — and working alongside legendary promoter Don King. High-stakes personalities, real money, no patience for theory. That same discipline is why he's been interviewed on dozens of podcasts — including sports psychologist Dr. Bhrett McCabe's show — and featured on ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX.

Today that experience runs through everything: hundreds of systems built across 24 industries, a community of over 6,000 business owners learning to put AI to work, and a simple rule that hasn't changed since the courtroom — map the system before you bet on it.

"We were valued at $20,000. You spoke to us six weeks ago — now we're probably closer to $500,000–$600,000. I'm still trying to figure out how it all happened so quickly."

David Harvey — Anno Domini Skateboards

An exceptional individual result from coaching and systems work — most clients should expect gradual gains like additional booked calls and reclaimed hours, depending on their business and follow-through. Disclaimer

Before you pick a door

The expensive mistake
isn't the tool.

It's spending four months automating the thing that was never the bottleneck. Bradford has mapped this in 340+ builds across 24 industries, and the pattern does not change: businesses fix the loudest problem instead of the one actually costing them clients.
